Lucerne (Switzerland) based Desk Officer Rene Wuest works closely with Kathmandu-based Coordinator Teeka Bhattarai.
Most of the work depends on its partner organisations in Nepal.Generally, the Coordinator makes a visit to a program cluster once a quarter while the Desk Officer visits Nepal and at least one program cluster twice a year.
Some fifty full time individuals are estimated to be working with under Fastenopfer programs in Nepal. Most of them are managers, educators, social mobilizers with some technicians in health, agriculture and education sectors.
Teeka Battharai is away for his studies and replaced by Tulsi Nepal for 2008-2009.
